We are able to leverage our scale and breadth to offer comprehensive, integrated solutions to our customers.
Here is an overview of what you can expect from our best-in-class Systems Capabilities process, from start to finish :
CONCEPT & DESIGN
Our concept and design services are the cornerstone of successful automation projects. We begin by creating detailed functional requirements, meticulously defining the specific capabilities and outcomes your automated system must deliver.
From there, our expert designers create a comprehensive concept design that outlines the proposed solution, incorporating innovative approaches and industry best practices.
Depending on the application, we may conduct a proof-of-principle trial to eliminate risks and validate the feasibility of the solution, giving us both comfort that the final system will meet your goals.
We prioritize constant communication to ensure alignment with your vision is critical for project success. Through the course of the design, we will conduct rigorous concept validation, gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments. Finally, we complete the mechanical and electrical design, providing detailed drawings and specifications for the physical implementation of your automated system.
BUILD & TEST
The build phase is where your automated system takes shape at our world-class build facilities. Our skilled technicians meticulously fabricate, build, and assemble the hardware components, ensuring precision and adherence to the specified design. We conduct a rigorous process that involves testing and validating each system component to verify its functionality and performance.
Once built, tested and adjusted, we invite our customers to witness a complete Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), validating system functionality, performance, and failure modes prior to tear down. This process allows for seamless and quick integration later at the customer site.
INSTALL & SUPPORT
The final step is a seamless transition from our shop floor to yours. Our expert team disassembles everything from our facility, carefully transports it to your location, and meticulously installs it. Once installed, our dedicated engineers ensure everything operates smoothly and efficiently, just as it did at our facility. We conduct a thorough Site Acceptance Test (SAT), again validating system functionality, and performance.
Our commitment to you extends beyond installation. We provide ongoing support, including software updates, hardware maintenance, and prompt parts replacement. Our team of highly skilled professionals, including certified machinists, tool makers, welders, millwrights, electricians, electro-mechanical technicians, and engineers with multi-disciplinary expertise in PLC, robotics, and mechanical engineering, are dedicated to ensuring your automation solution remains optimized and reliable.
